Our journey began when postgraduate students at Oxford University returned from the Calais refugee camp with a bright idea.

There, they observed poor nutrition and widespread issues with dental health amongst the population - issues are easily preventable in theory, yet remain a major global challenge. So an idea emerged to create a solution... Could we put vitamins and minerals into a chewing gum?

How and when to take the A-Day

We recommend two gum per day, ideally chewed after meals for maximum oral health benefits.

Unlike normal supplements, taking them together with meals is not a requirement to avoid gut irritation - as they are absorbed in the mouth.
